Atami Grill & sushi is a Japanese restaurant located at Marietta, GA. They are specialized in sushi and hibachi meals. When we first went to the restaurant, the overall interior design gives us a clean look. I can feel the Japanese zen elements from their decorations. We create their website, redesigned their dine-in, carry out menus, business card as well as other commercial elements.

So we took a look of their existing design and package, and realized several problem they have with their marketing such as inconsistency of their product logo, spelling errors, unprofessional design layout etc. We also noticed their good ideas such as using cherry blossom to illustrate cultural element.

When we redid their branding, we were considering to keep the good part of their design and idea but at the same time eliminate the unprofessional side of it.
